A California judge has issued an arrest warrant for Big Brother US winner Mike “Boogie” Malin.
The judge who revoked Malin’s probation, issued the arrest warrant after he failed to show up in court for a hearing related to his felony stalking case. He also set Malin’s bail at $20k after revoking his probation.
TMZ reported that Malin was due in court two weeks ago for a “proof of live-in program” hearing but he didn’t show up. His public defender took the blame and the judge moved the court date to Wednesday September 28.
The reality show star also failed to show up after being given a second chance.
Malin, who won season 7 of the reality series also failed to pick up his calls after the judge ordered the public defender to call him.
Malin pled no contest to felony stalking last year in a case involving his former ‘BB’ buddy Dr. Will Kirby, and he was sentenced to 2 years probation and ordered to pay Will more than $44k.
Malin’s latest public defender told the judge his client doesn’t have the money to pay the restitution.
NBA star, Tristan Thompson secretly proposed to reality show star Khloé Kardashian in December 2020.
The revelation was made on Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians”. Kim Kardashian revealed that the Good American co-founder who turned down the proposal didn’t even tell her family.
“The fact that he proposed and you never told us, and I asked him months later,” Kim said to Khloé in a conversation.
The Skims founder then recalled Tristan saying, “Oh, I did it months ago. She didn’t tell you guys?”
It was further revealed that the NBA free agent, 31, popped the question in December 2020, but Khloé turned him down because she didn’t feel “proud” of his offer.
“I need to make sure this is a totally different relationship because I want to be proud to say I’m engaged to anyone,” Khloé said in a confessional, “and that’s why I said I’m not comfortable accepting this right now because I’m not excited to tell my family.”
She added that “as hurtful as that probably was for him to hear it was the truth. I’m not ever gonna accept something and give someone false hope.”
While Khloé, 38, was strong enough to turn down her on-again, off-again beau, Kim joked she’d “have to say yes” to a proposal because she’d “just feel so bad.”
Throughout the episode, the family tried to figure out how to help Khloé, who is still reeling from finding out that Thompson not only cheated on her again but also impregnated Maralee Nichols while pushing Khloé to have a baby via surrogate.
“I don’t know if I’m strong,” Khloé said. “I’m literally just numb to all this s–t, like how much can people take?”

According to a Tuesday, September 27 report by The Real Deal, the platinum-selling rapper listed the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom and two-half-bath home at 6480 Allison Road for $29.5 million, roughly 75 percent more than he paid for it four years ago.
Built by developer Laurent Harrari in 2017, the expansive property boasts the 10,632-square-foot home, more than a half-acre lot on Allison Island, 110 feet of water frontage, a pool, movie theater, wine cellar and 22-foot ceilings.
Lil Wayne previously sold his home on nearby La Gorce Island for $10 million, about $1.7 million less than his purchase price, in 2017. The property featured a skate park on the roof and shark lagoon.

Los Angeles news anchor, Mark Mester has been fired after he slammed his own station on-air for how it handled his former co-anchor, Lynette Romero’s abrupt departure from the airwaves.
According to the Los Angeles Times, KTLA general manager Janene Drafs announced during a meeting in the newsroom that Mester had been fired.
The local news anchor’s page on KTLA now forwards to a page of the news team where Mester is no longer listed either.
On September 14, KTLA announced that Romero had decided to move on after nearly 24 years at the station and pursue another opportunity, despite the station hoping she would spend the rest of her career with them.
“KTLA worked hard to make that happen,” anchor Sam Rubin said during a broadcast.
“Lynette, we wish you luck, we miss you and we thank you for everything you’ve done for KTLA.… On behalf of everyone here, we wish you and your family nothing but the best.”
Following Romero’s exit, Mester spent a portion of his show September 17 going off-script to apologize on behalf of the station to the viewers, saying that the way it handled the resignation “was rude, it was cruel, it was inappropriate, and we are so sorry.”
“You did not deserve this,” Mester said, calling Romero his “best friend.’ “It was a mistake, and we hope you can find it in your heart to forgive us.”
Romero, an institution who was with the station for 24 years, left for another station after she unsuccessfully asked her bosses if she could work a weekday anchor shift instead of working on weekends, the LA Times reported.
Singer Tems has recounted how she struggled financially to provide for her family before becoming successful.
In an interview with GQ, Tems revealed that she didn’t become successful overnight.
She stated that year before she released her hit song “Mr Rebel”, she was living alone and struggling financially.
The singer said she was putting pressure on herself to help provide for her family, which was difficult without the security of a stable job.
Tems revealed that at some point, she was broke, helpless, and also stole food. She said;
“I couldn’t take care of anybody. “There were times when I was not just broke – I was broke and hopeless. I used to steal food. I used to go to my aunty’s house just so she could give me food to take home.
“I just felt like, What is the point of me existing right now? You have to remember those times. Because that person does not exist anymore.”
The singer further revealed that before getting into the limelight, she had to change her state of mind.
Tems added;
“The decision I made was to not wallow in sadness. This person that can never be anything. “I didn’t have any self-esteem. I didn’t think I was pretty. I didn’t even think of my voice as anything. I just thought, There are so many people that can sing, I’m not a model, I don’t dance, but whatever chance I have, I’ll take it.
Even if I end up singing under a bridge somewhere, I’ll be the best under-the-bridge singer ever.”
Former “Riverdale” actor Ryan Grantham has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the first 14 years, after admitting to murdering his mother and also plotting to assassinate Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The 24-year-old actor was handed the sentence more than six months after he pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge for the March 2020 killing of his mother, Barbara Waite, 64, whom he shot in the back of the head as she played the piano.
Justice Kathleen Ker of British Columbia Supreme Court in Vancouver who passed the judgement, described the case as tragic, heartbreaking and “life-shattering”.
Prosecutors had recommended in a sentencing hearing earlier this year that Grantham receive a parole ineligibility up to 18 years.
The former actor’s legal team had suggested 12 years as a fair consequence. With around 30 credits on his resume, Grantham noticeably played Jeffrey Augustine on the fourth season of the soapy Riverdale in 2019.
While appearing briefly, the character had a pivotal role in the Archie comics-based show. Starting his career back in 2007, Grantham also appeared in the 2010 movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid, as well as stints on Supernatural, ‘iZombie’ and in ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’.
It was revealed in court that after the murder of his mother, Grantham took video of the body and confessed to the killing on-camera.
A day later, after carefully arranging the body in a semi-religious scene, Grantham hit the road. With ever changing intent, he at one point was going to try to kill Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, as he also wrote in a journal entered as evidence.
Grantham also considered committing a mass shooting at Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University or on the iconic Lions Gate Bridge.
Thankfully, none of that came to pass and Grantham instead went to East Vancouver police station and surrendered. “I killed my mother,” he is reported to have bluntly declared to police at the front desk of the station.
During the sentencing, Ker called it a “saving grace” that Grantham had enough attachment to reality and comprehension not to commit an act of mass murder.
She noted that in the months leading up to his mother’s killing, Grantham was in a downward spiral, which saw him smoking weed and watching violent videos on the dark web while being plagued by thoughts of suicide and homicidal ideations.
Ker also said Grantham appeared truly remorseful. In June, he apologized for his actions, saying his mother did not deserve what he did to her.

Khloe Kardashain has shown her son for the first time as she gave fans a look inside the child’s birth.
Khloe’s son was born months after her ex Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal first surfaced.
Her sister Kim Kardashian was with her at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for the surrogate’s delivery on July 28.
Khloé, 38, appeared nervous from the moment Kim, 41, picked her up, noting that she was “not ready” to welcome another child.
Once inside the hospital, Kim documented the surrogate giving birth to the child.
“He looks just like True!” Kim said in the video, referencing Khloé and Tristan’s 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson.
In a confessional, Khloé said of the happy moment: “I am so grateful. It’s such a beautiful gift that we’re able to have.”
“Ever since December, it’s been this dark cloud looming over me. Every single day, I’ve been feeling depressed and sad, and now that my son is here, I get to move on, and I get to enjoy.
It’s almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me,” she continued as a video montage of her and Kim holding the baby flashed across the screen.
“Now I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out,” she added.
