Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, will today hand over more than 250 brand new patrol vehicles, hardware, communication gadgets, and protective gear to the police as part of efforts to enhance security operations across the state.
Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor, Jubril Gawat, shared the development on his X account, stating that the event will take place at Lagos House, Ikeja, during the Lagos State Security Trust Fund’s 18th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security.
In his post, Gawat wrote: “Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu, will today hand over 250+ brand new patrol vehicles, hardware, communication gadgets, and protective gear to the police to boost security operations in Lagos State. The event is ongoing at Lagos House, Ikeja, for the Lagos State Security Trust Fund 18th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security with the Governor.
