The Flying Eagles will set up camp in Katsina for the final phase of their preparations ahead of the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
According to SCORENigeria, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has secured sponsorship from the Katsina State Government for the training camp.
The Flying Eagles are set to regroup this week after being granted a short break last week. Aliyu Zubairu’s side recently played two friendly matches against Cote d’Ivoire, winning the first 2-0 and losing the second by the same scoreline.
The seven-time African champions will compete in Group B at the U-20 AFCON, where they will face Egypt, Morocco, and South Africa.
The biennial tournament will take place in Cote d’Ivoire from April 26 to May 18.
