Former Ultimate Love contestant, Chris Adah in a narrative published on her Instagram stories claims she was in a spiritual bondage for 30 years.
Speaking via her IG stories on Wednesday afternoon, the reality star mentioned that all attempts to gain freedom were futile until recently when the perpetrator passed on.
According to the reality star, the perpetrator tied her down so she will never be married and that the day her husband – who also took part in the reality show with her – proposed, she got news that the person died that same day.
She wrote:
“Things you cannot prove in court happen. Seen photos of people whose lives were placed on hold by a fellow human being flying around the net. People, these things happen but God shows up when it’s time. I was tied for 30 years, a charm that started manifesting as I turned 20.
Chris Adah continued:
“Never to be married, everywhere I go, even at malls, I get stopped by seers who mention the same name of this so-called man to me but I never believed.
“The day my husband proposed to me was the same day I was called to be told that who I had been warned of passed on. These things happen, protect yourself spiritually with the greatest power. There is evil in the land.
Nigerian recording artiste Wizkid, real name Ayodeji Balogun and his Afrobeats colleague, Temilade Openiyi otherwise known as Tems have both bagged five award nominations at the 2021 Soul Train Awards.
The 2021 Soul Train Award ceremony will be coming up on Saturday, November 20. Wizkid’s and Tems’ nominations come in the Song of The Year, Video of The Year, The Ashford and Simpson songwriter’s award and Best Collaboration for the groundbreaking single, ‘Essence.’
Wizkid then bags a nomination for Album of The Year, for Made In Lagos, while Tems bags another nomination for Best New Artist.
It’s been a tremendous year for both artistes. Wizkid has continued to soar with his fourth album while Tems has also featured on a Drake record.
A man has been arrested for allegedly killing his daughter’s 19-year-old boyfriend for selling her into a sex trafficking ring, according to the Spokane Police Department.
He was said to have left the deceased young man’s body in his trunk.
According to Police, John Eisenman, 60, learned in October 2020 that his daughter’s boyfriend may have been responsible for allegedly selling her to a sex trafficking organization.
Eisenman was able to rescue his daughter and get her back to the Spokane area that month.
He was said to have confronted his daughter’s boyfriend in November 2020, tied him up and put him in the trunk of a car.
Police say he hit the man in the head with a cinder block and stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death.
Eisenman is accused of abandoning the vehicle with the body still inside in a remote area. The car stayed in that location until someone moved it in October 2021 and abandoned it in a different place.
People who rummaged through and took things from the car called police to report a foul odor coming from the trunk.
Responding officers were able to verify human remains were inside the trunk of the car, according to police.
Eisenman was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection to this case.
A man has revealed that he got fired from his workplace because he made advances at the new manager and it was considered inappropriate.
He took to Twitter to make this known just hours after he asked social media users if it is a good idea to shoot his shot at her.
The man with username @virtual_pi then gave an update, saying that he is now unemployed.
According to him, he asked for his female boss’ number and suggested doing something later, but she reported him on the allegations of harassment.
The man originally tweeted; ”Got a new manager at work and she kinda cute do I shoot my shot”
Then he wrote after some hours;
”It appears that I am now unemployed
Dawg y’all gotta understand I fr asked for her number so we could do sumn sometime and ig she took that as me asking for s** cuz she started trippin and told my store manager that I was “catcalling” when we don’t even let pets in the store she just started saying shit”
Police operatives in Osun State have arrested a middle-aged for allegedly throwing her two daughters inside a well in the state.
The spokesman of the Osun State Fire Service, Ibrahim Adekunle, who confirmed this to journalists in Osogbo, said the incident happened at Ibuaje community in the state capital.
Adekunle said the well had 24 rings and was filled with water, adding that the Fire Service personnel are making frantic efforts to rescue the girls.
Residents of the community told journalists the woman had earlier complained of frustration over her inability to cater for the children.
One of the residents said: “She (the woman) first threw the elder one that is seven years old and then threw the younger one that is five years old into the well at about 2:00 p.m. today (Tuesday).’
The alarmed residents quickly alerted men of the state fire service who mobilized to the area and tried to rescue the two girls.
The girls’ mother, who was incoherent in her statement, said she was living abroad and was later deported back to the country.
The woman said she was frustrated because of hardship in Nigeria.

Instagram dance queen, Jane Mena and her husband are alleged to be planning to relocate amid the controversy involving Tonto Dikeh’s ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri.
Recall that Kpokpogri allegedly confessed in a leaked audio to having an affair with Jane, a development which is said to have caused some rift in her marriage.

A former Big Brother Naija housemate, Michael Ebuka Ngene, has complained of physical and mental exhaustion several weeks after the reality show ended.
The ex-housemate, who disclosed this on his Instagram page on Monday, said he needed to take a break and recuperate from the rigorous activities of celebrity life.

Nollywood actor, John Okafor also known as Mr Ibu and business mogul, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, were honoured with traditional titles at the 2021 Nollywood New Yam Festival.
NAN reports that the honour was extended to the Ambassador of United Arab Emirate to Nigeria, Dr Fahad Al Taffaq.
The event was organised by the former Chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Abuja, Mr Onwurah Ifeanyi, also known as ‘Agility’, and it is an annual fiesta, which showcases Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage.
This is a festival that Nollywood stakeholders put in place to always remind them of their roots and culture.
“Aside from the celebration, we are awarding a lot of people. The award became necessary because so many people have helped Nollywood and humanity.
“So, from time to time, we award these people, because, when you praise somebody that did something well, it would encourage the person to do more, and that is why today we are awarding these people,” Ifeanyi said.
Obi Cubana got the title of Ifeomaolibo, because now he has trained, sponsored and supported a lot of youths to become self-independent, while M Ibu Okafor got Aki Ogbocioma, because of his positive impact in the industry.
Taffaq also was honoured with the title Ugocinba, meaning, an eagle from a foreign land which is well cherished.
Winner of just concluded Big Brother Naija, White Money has advocated for the banning of married people from participating in the reality show due to the scandal it may cause.
He made thoughts known in an interview with Media Room Hub, saying that BBNaija should not be a platform that is known for breaking homes, instead it should be known for upholding integrity.

White Money; In that scenario, if you are a married person and you allowed your spouse to go for Big Brother Naija, you two must have a deep understanding, you know what you signed up for but it not easy to watch your spouse with another person, if there was no understanding, she wouldn’t have go in the first place.
Q: There is this debate online after what happened between Tega and Boma that married couple does have any business in the Big Brother Naija show. What your take on that?
White Money : I think that is right because you don’t want to be the platform that is known for breaking homes, you want to be a platform that uphold integrity and if you watch the history of Big Brother Naija from mercy’s time, you see it is always from street to fame, so you will want to maintain that pace, you don’t want to have scandal, for me if they ask me, I would say they should scrap out married people.
Big Brother you know I love you so much, you made me a star, anything I tell you to do for me, you always do it, Biggie do just one thing for me which is to scrap out married people from the show for the sake of the platform, like this year people said Big Brother taught them a lot of things, I have a lot of elderly people who watches Big Brother Naija this year and it happened that they said it was because of me they watched it, they saw house mates who are co-existing without being toxic. Scrap out married people because not every person are discipline to resist beautiful ladies, sexy women for more than two month.
Till today Boma and Tega are still being dragged, it might die down today but it can never be erased, If he or she tries to contest for anything, this issue will resurface, the disadvantage is bigger than the advantage, that was one of the reason I avoided most things in the house.
Nigerian singer-songwriter, Eric Ikechukwu Ahiauzu, better known as Ric Hassani has revealed that he bought a new phone for his cook because of his ringtone.
According to the ”Gentleman” hitmaker, he bought the phone for the sake of his peace and quiet.
Ric Hassani explained that the cook had an irritating ringtone on his phone which was negatively affecting his deep thinking process, so he had to change the phone for him.

He said the armed men started demanding cash and anyone who couldn’t provide was shot dead, when it got to his turn, something miraculous happened.
As the bandits were about to pull the trigger, an undisclosed song from Wizkid’s ‘Made In Lagos’ album started playing, immediately the bandits began to jubilate and were so happy that they had to let him go.
