Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki has mourned the passing of Enugu State commissioner for transport, Mr. Mathias Ekweremadu
DAILY POST had reported that Ekweremadu slumped at the Enugu State House of Assembly and was rushed to the Niger Foundation Hospital.
The commissioner, a younger brother to former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu was confirmed dead on arrival.
A source had hinted that he was holding meeting with the House of Assembly Committee on Transport, led by its chairman, Hillary Ugwu (Enugu East Rural) when the sad incident occurred.
