Woman surprises her housemaid with phone, cash gift and bag for a job well done

A woman has warmed the hearts of many after surprising her house girl with several gift items in appreciation of her work in 2021.

The Kenyan lady identified as Effie Keens Kaano thought it wise to reward her domestic help of two years as she is set to go home for the holidays.

Taking to her Facebook page, she revealed that she gifted her house girl cash, a smartphone and another feature phone for her mum along with a handbag so that she would not go home for Christmas empty-handed.

Effie wrote; “She is just an employee like any other person. Like taking good care of my daughter every day is not an easy job plus the house and I thought because she is going home, a little token is everything.”

Man cries out after his fiancée emptied his bank account, absconded with his car and iPhone 12

Nigerian singer, Olymax, has raised the alarm after his fiancée allegedly absconded with his car, smartphone, and emptied his bank account.

In a series of post on his Insta-stories, Olymax revealed that he and the lady initially dated in secondary school, and reconnected again last December

He said they got engaged in February 2021, however things began to change all of a sudden.

According to the singer, the lady ran away from their 2 bedroom apartment in Ikotun, Lagos state, and took his car – a Lexus ES350, iPhone 12 and withdrew all the money in his bank account.

The distraught artiste said he reported the case to the police but the lady refused to show up at the station after being invited.

Olymax who was unsure of what to do next, appealed to Nigerians to intervene.

A video making the rounds online captures the moment a man lost his phone to a thief in the blink of an eye.

The young man had positioned his phone on a car in order to record himself as he danced.

Unfortunately as he was dancing and backed the phone, the thief ran like the flash and took the phone with him.

But before the owner realized what happened, the thief had disappeared.
