Sarkodie launches search for farmer who rapped his songs word for word (Video)

Ghanaian rap star, Sarkodie has commenced search for a farmer who was filmed rapping to two of his politics-oriented songs.

The farmer had gone viral on social media after a video of him rapping two of Sarkodieโ€™s songs with his farm tool hanging around his neck surfaced. He rapped โ€˜The Massesโ€™ and โ€˜Politicsโ€™.

The โ€˜Highestโ€™ rapper dropped the songs in 2015 and 2016 respectively to address hardship in Ghana under the John Mahama led administration.

A Twitter user posted the video and captioned;ย โ€œour proud farmer did it again rapping word for word of @sarkodie The Masses Song woow this farmer deserves a gift as Sarkodie saidโ€ฆ. Whaaaaaaatโ€.

Replying to the tweet, Sarkodie wrote; โ€œI canโ€™t even remember these lines back to back Iโ€™m touched โ€ฆ if someone can link me to this man I want to give him a gift โ€ฆ Bless himโ€ and in another post, he said, โ€œon God I need to link up with this man โ€ฆโ€
