Drake accuses Kendrick Lamar’s fiancée, Whitney of paternity fraud

The beef between hip-hop stars, Drake and Kendrick Lamar is becoming more intense as the Canadian rapper levelled weighty allegations against Lamar’s fiancée, Whitney Alford, in a new diss track titled, ‘Family Matters.’

In the record, Drake hinted that Lamar is not the biological father of one of his two kids.

He claimed one of their children belonged to his creative collaborator and co-founder of pgLang, David Isaac Friley, aka Dave Free.

“The the black messiah wifed up to a mixed queen, and hit vanilla cream to help out with ya self esteem, on some Bobby sh*t I wanna know what Whitney need.

“I heard one of your lil kids might be Dave Free’s,” he raps.

Lamar and his mixed-race fiancée, Whitney are childhood sweethearts and have been together for over 20 years. The couple are blessed with two children.

Drake wins $2.7million after placing two huge bets on Israel Adesanya to defeat Alex Pereira at UFC 287

Rapper Drake has won a whopping $2.7million after Israel Adesanya knocked out Alex Pereira at UFC 287 to reclaim the middleweight title.

The Nigerian-born New Zealander won back the 185lb title just five months after he lost it to his bitter rival Pereira, who has previously beaten him twice in kickboxing.

Drake lost $1.6million after backing Adesanya to win in that fight but he made amends for the rapper in his rematch with Pereira.

According to Mirror UK, the Canadian placed a $500,000 bet on Adesanya to win which returned $885,000, and a $400,000 bet for him to win by knockout, which returned a massive $1.8million.

‘Stylebender’ was asked about Drake’s bet after his fight, to which he said: “Shoutout to everyone that bet on me but you have to realise that when I step into the octagon I put my life on the line.

That’s the biggest parlay you can ever do. I’m a betting man too so shoutout to stake, we are about to make another deal and get more money.”

Drake lost $1 million bet on Argentina winning World Cup after last minute goal

While it might seem the “Drake curse” has been broken after he picked Argentina to win the 2022 World Cup, the Canadian rapper still lost the $1 million bet he placed on the South American country.

The fabled Drake curse was named in the late 2010s for the propensity of sports teams (especially soccer teams) to lose major titles when endorsed by Drizzy, whether by way of something as simple as Drake taking selfies with players or being spotted wearing a particular team’s jersey.

Before the World Cup final was played yesterday, Drake placed a $1m bet on Argentina to win the tournament in normal time.

As posted on Drake’s Instagram Story, he made the bet on Stakes and would’ve earned $2.75 million if he had won.

Because the game was still tied 3-3 following 3 late dramatic goals from French star, Kylian Mbappe, before regulation time expired, Drake missed out on his $2.75 million bounty. Argentina eventually won the World Cup after defeating France 4-2 on penalties.

Rapper Drake lost £1.7million bet after Israel Adesanya failed to beat Alex Pereira at UFC 281

Canadian rapper, Drake, lost a huge seven-figure sum after placing a bet on ousted middleweight champion Israel Adesanya to beat Brazilian Alex Pereira at UFC 281 on Saturday night, November 12.

Adesanya, 33, was the bookie’s favourite to win the fight and would have earned Drake £2.4million if he could have found a way to victory inside the Octagon.

Pereira snatched the win in the fifth and final round with a left hook that sent the former champion to the canvas, and the bout to an end.

Drake is no stranger to placing huge bets having previously lost £537,000 on Barcelona in this season’s El Clasico against Real Madrid, and winning over £ 3 million on English UFC stars Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann.

Rappers Drake and 21 Savage ordered by court to stop use of fake Vogue cover to promote their album

Rappers, Drake and 21 Savage have been ordered by a court to cease the use of a fake Vogue cover in promotion of their new album “Her Loss”.

A federal judge ordered the rappers to not use fake covers of the magazine, as well as the likeness of the publication’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, TMZ reported Thursday November 10, after reviewing court docs in the $4 million case from publisher Condé Nast. Drake, 36, and 21 Savage, 30, have subsequently removed the post, per the court order.

The case is headed back to court on November 22. Ahead of the release of the collaboration album, Drake, in jest, thanked Wintour in an October 30 post that featured Photoshopped images of the pair appearing to be on the magazine cover, spurring the legal response.

He captioned the image: ‘Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow! Thanks @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment.’ However, it was all a publicity stunt to promote the joint studio album Her Loss, which Drake and 21 Savage dropped last Friday.

Vogue and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour ‘have not endorsed Her Loss in any way’ asked the Privileged Rappers ‘multiple times’ to take down the covers, which never happened – according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Drake (born Aubrey Graham) and 21 Savage (born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) also reportedly did an email blast, and they enlisted street teams to hand out physical copies of their faux Vogue and plastered cities with the cover.

Canadian Rapper, Drake has reportedly been showing interest in Kim Kardashian following her split from husband Kanye West.

Kim, 40, confirmed in February 2021 that she had filed for divorce from the rapper, bringing their almost seven-year marriage to an end.

Now, it is claimed Canadian rapper Drake has reached out to Kim in the wake of the split.

A source reportedly told Heat Magazine:

Drake could never understand what Kim saw in Kanye, he was saying for years how he wasn’t the right guy for Kim and it would all end in tears.

“He was surprised it took her so long to realise, and started messaging her the moment it became clear that the divorce was inevitable.

He’s ready to see her whenever she says the word, basically, and he’s confident that will happen fairly soon.”

The publication added that Kim has no intention of embarking on a new romance, with the source claiming:

“Kim’s wary about getting involved with someone else too fast before the divorce is settled.”

Kim’s representative, Christy Welder, confirmed the reality star had filed the divorce paperwork in a statement shared with The New York Times.

Drake and Kanye have had public spats in the past, with Kanye once tweeting: “Drake called trying to threaten me.”
