Pretty Mike has explained why he attended Don Jazzy’s mother’s funeral in a feminine outfit while flanked by women wearing p*nis pants.
The socialite used his material for the burial to make a sleeveless shirt and ruched pants with double flared bottoms. He also wore a scarf and then a cap on his head.
Following him were at least 8 women wearing bright orange pants fashioned in the shape of a p*nis with testicle.
His entrance trended on social media.
The socialite has now explained that he did it because the world is changing and “you shouldn’t be favoured because of what’s in between your legs”.
He added:
“Everyone should be given equal opportunity because we all are capable in different fields regardless of gender.”
Nigerian comedienne, Anita Asuoha popularly known as Real Warri Pikin, has revealed that Don Jazzy gave free fabric aka ‘Aso ebi’ to everyone who attended his mother’s funeral on Friday.
She said this on her Instagram page on Saturday.
Warri Pikin stated that it is the first time in her life that she will be given free ‘Aso ebi,’ particularly in Nigeria, and that Don Jazzy instructed the person in charge of the cloth not to collect money for it.
Popular Nigerian singer, D’Banj, has said that a planned collaboration between him and his former partner, Don Jazzy, originally meant to happen last year, was stalled by the Mavin Records boss.
According to him, someone offered them a sizable sum of money to work together on a project in 2021, but Don Jazzy decided to postpone it to 2022.
D’Banj said Don Baba J wanted it to be a huge project so he deferred the plans.
When asked if there is any chance of him still collaborating with Don Jazzy, he responded;
“If we are paid big money. Somebody wanted to pay us last year (2021) but it was Don Jazzy that moved it. He won’t like that I said it was him but that is the truth. We are all connected in a group and they said we would do Mo’Hits Reunion but I was out of the country then.
But, Don Jazzy later said we should move it to 2022, so that we would do it bigger. So, it is Don Jazzy you should ask. We are (still) friends.”
The Koko master also stated that he had decided to focus more on his business for now.
He said; “I tell people that music gets one into the room but what one does in the room is entirely up to one. Since I became a family man, I have been more focused. This is my sixth year of marriage and since then, I have looked for different platforms (to do business). Only about 10 per cent of the wealth of top musicians like Jay Z and Kanye West come from music. The rest is from their business ventures.”
The singer, however stated that he would still continue to release songs.
“Music is forever going to be in me. We grew up not having anybody to look up to but now in the industry, there are people to look up to. I won’t say music is not profitable. But, having the luxury lifestyle that one wants goes beyond music alone,” D’Banj said.

Recall that Davido had asked his friends to donate N1million each for him since he has been ‘lifting others.’

Don Jazzy took to his verified Instagram page to welcome Magixx, born Adelabu Alexander to the team.

Nigerian politician and media executive, Seyi Gbangbola, has called out Mavin records CEO, Don Jazzy, for promoting immorality.
He described Jazzy as a demon and an agent of the Devil for his endorsement of Rema’s style of music, especially his latest song, Bounce, which he says is reflective of moral decadence.
