President Buhari attended the Nigerian Army Trooping and Presentation of Colours parade 2023 this morning April 27, dressed in a ceremonial military uniform.
President Buhari who is a retired Army general, arrived at Eagle Square, venue of the parade, at about 10:18am in accompany of his Chief of Staff, Prof Ibrahim Gambari.
The Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Lucky Irabor; the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Faruk Yahaya, Inspector-General of Police Usman Baba; Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amao; Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo, Senate President Ahmad Lawanwere in attendance.
Also in attendance are former were former Nigerian leaders Yakubu Gowon and Goodluck Jonathan.
