The Police has filed a three-count charge against two persons before the Federal High Court, Lagos, for alleged cyberstalking, illegal publication and defamation of a monarch, Oba Saheed Elegushi.
The two defendants were identified as Adesola James and Odunmosu Azeez Awiye.
DAILY POST gathered that the two will be arraigned tomorrow, Tuesday, before Justice Abimbola Awogboro.
It was alleged that Adesola James and Odunmosu Azeez Awiye, alongside others at large, between the months of December 2023 and March 2024, in Lagos, conspired to commit felony bordering on cyberstalking, and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 27 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, ETC) Act, 2015.
