Former Nigerian international Victor Ikpeba has called on the Flying Eagles to secure victory against Kenya in their final Group B match of the ongoing 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.
Nigeria sits on four points after two games, level with Morocco, who top the group based on goal difference. Tunisia, following a 3-1 win over Kenya, trail by just a point.
Speaking on Monday Night Football on SuperSport, the Atlanta Olympic gold medalist expressed confidence in Nigeria’s chances of qualification.
“I think they should go out there and get the job done,” Ikpeba said.
“They should be able to beat Kenya and qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
“I wish the team all the best against Kenya.”
