@Ugochi in her tweet, claimed that sometimes men dump women “not becauseyou are not loving him enough but because you are loving him too much”.
She also disclosed that she got dumped because she was playing the role of a wife instead of a girlfriend.

After my ex boyfriend served me breakfast, I was surprised because I thought I was doing all the things I was supposed to be doing as a great girlfriend but after sometime, I started seeing all the things I was doing wrong when I was with him.

Troops of the13 Brigade operating under command of 82 Division, Nigerian Army on Tuesday June 21, intercepted a Toyota Camry car with registration number JAL 492 AA, ladened with assorted munition while enroute Utanga village towards Obudu Mountains in Cross River State.
A statement from the Nigerian Army says troops deployed at Forward Operating Base Amana attempted to stop the vehicle at their checkpoint but the driver evaded the checking and zoomed off. The driver’s attitude compelled the troops to open fire on the tyres of the vehicle, thereby immobilizing it.
”A thorough search conducted on the vehicle revealed it was conveying 72 Improvised Explosive Device chargers, 121 Dynamite Liquid, 200 rounds of 7.62 mm (NATO) and 82 rounds of 7.62 mm (Special) ammunition. Other items recovered in the intercepted vehicle are military uniforms and kits.

Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins have killed a man and two children in Sapele, Delta State.
According to Nigerian Tribune, the unknown gunmen opened fire on people sitting and buying items in a provision store along Shell Road in Sapele on Tuesday, June 20.
It was further learnt that the landlord of the compound who was at the store when the gunmen released the shots, died after being rushed to the hospital.
Spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe, who confirmed the incident on Wednesday morning, said that four suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing.
President Muhammadu Buhari has insisted that only his government has implemented the solution to decades-long herder/farmer conflicts, exacerbated by desertification and demographic growth.
In an interview with Bloomberg, the President said the National Livestock Transformation Plan, putting ranching at its core, is the only way to deplete the competition for resources at the core of the clashes.

Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has alleged that his countryman and industry colleague, Shatta Wale insults him without provocation.
Sarkodie who made the allegation while appearing on ‘Podcast and Chill with MACG’ in South Africa, said he has lost count of the number of times Shatta Wale has attacked him verbally.
He however admitted that Shatta Wale brought so much energy into the Ghanaian music scene.

The Nigerian senate has raised an alarm of terrorist enclaves being identified within three local government areas of Kwara and Niger States.
Channels Television reported that this formed part of discussions raised after the upper chamber considered a motion on the worsening insecurity in Kainji Lake National Park and threat to communities in Kaima, Baruten and Borgu Local Government in Kwara and Niger states.
Sponsor of the motion, Senator Sadiq Umar said kidnapping and other forms of criminality have now become prevalent in communities close to Kainji Lake National Park and this has led to palpable fear in the communities.
Umar said;
“Many are leaving their villages and farms to seek refuge in the towns that will soon be threatened as well if nothing is done about this insecurity situation. In fact, some communities have started paying the criminals some sort of tax to be allowed to stay safe.”
After the motion was deliberated on, the senate asked the military to carry out a comprehensive onslaught of bandits and criminal elements within the Kainji Lake National Park and the identified communities.
A suspect has been arrested by the police for robbing people in Idanre, Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The 22-year-old suspect was paraded alongside his mother and his landlord who were accused of being accessories to the crime by the police.
Upon being interrogated, the suspect told the police that the desire to buy a motorcycle for commercial use led him into the crime.
He however called for the release of his mother and landlord, while also insisting that they know about the crime.
The suspect said;
“Actually, I don’t know what came over me because I started stealing since the beginning of 2022 though my mother doesn’t know about it; she knows me as commercial motorcyclist.
“My mother was only involved when I stole N750,000 from one man and she acceded to my request to follow me to a motorcycle dealer without explaining the source of the money.
“I was arrested at another place where I went to rob a couple.
“The husband gave me N50,000 after which I ordered his wife to go into her room for a search, but as she entered I asked her to lie on her bed.
“The wife was on the bed when she raised an alarm that I was about to rape her. The husband and four others immediately barged into the room, overpowered me and collected my gun.
“My landlord was arrested because his son is my son’s namesake. It is a case of mistaken identity.
“After I was arrested and beaten at the scene of robbery, I was taken to a hospital for treatment, and my landlord’s wife works there.
“On getting to the hospital, I saw my landlord’s wife and I called her to explain what brought me there, but people thought her husband must be one of my accomplices.
“I am begging that my mother and my landlord should be released because they know nothing about the crime.’
The Delta State Police Command has killed an armed robbery suspect in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of the state and arrested seven other suspects.
Spokesperson of the command, DSP Bright Edafe, who disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, June 22, said one locally made gun, cartridges, 100 rounds of 7.62MM live ammunition, fabricated English made pistol and stolen motorcycles were recovered from the suspects.
The PPRO stated that the deceased robbery suspect died at the hospital where be was receiving treatment following gun shot injuries he sustained during a duel with policemen in Kwale.
“On 21/6/2022, the DPO Kwale Division received a distress call that an armed robbery operation was taking place along Jesus Avenue in Umusadege quarters in Kwale, Ndokwa West LGA, the DPO Kwale Division CSP Godwin Igoche Mobilized and led the Divisional Anti-Crime Patrol team to the scene,” the statement read.
“The suspects on sighting the police, engaged them in a gun duel, during which, one of the hoodlums sustained bullet injuries while others escaped. One locally made gun, four live cartridges, and four expended cartridges were recovered. The injured suspect was taken to the Hospital where he died while receiving treatment. Manhunt for the fleeing members of the gang is ongoing.
Similarly, on June 20, at about 8pm, the Divisional Anti Crime Patrol team attached to ‘C’ Division Asaba while on stop and search duty at the head-bridge Asaba, intercepted an unregistered KC Sanya motorcycle conveying four men including the rider, one of them holding a black polythene bag.
“Upon sighting the Police, they abandoned the bike and took to their heels, the Officers gave them a hot chase culminating in the arrest of two of the four suspects namely; Michael Reuben ‘m’ 29yrs and Odemba Onochie ‘m’ 30yrs, both of Okoanala Oko in Oshimili South LGA of Delta State. In the black polythene bag in possession of one of the suspects, Michael Reuben, one hundred (100) rounds of 7.62MM AK 47 live ammunition were recovered hidden inside the bag. Manhunt for the other fleeing suspects is ongoing,”
“On the 16/06/2022, at about 1930hrs, operatives of Command Special Intelligence Team acting on intelligence, embarked on a sting covert operation at Onicho-ugbo Community which led to the arrest of two suspects; Ifeanyi Anakwe Samson (an ex-convict) “m” age 28yrs of Ushi quarters Onicho-ugbo and Chibuzor Obugor “m” age 20yrs of Ugoko community all in Aniocha North LGA of Delta State, one fabricated English pistol was recovered from them.
“Consequently, as a follow on the case, acting on the strength of the confession of the suspects, the Operatives stormed Onicho-ugbo Community and arrested three additional suspects; Ike Okwudili “m” age 34yrs (the gang leader), a native of Agulu Community in Aniocha LGA of Anambra State but resident in Onicho-ugbo Community, Udoka Onyekanu Promise “m” 17yrs, a native of Igbodo village in Ika North LGA of Delta State, and Chiazor Daniel “m” 26yrs of Onicho-ugbo community
“The team also recovered a Lifan Super Ladies and Sanya Super Honda Motorcycles from them. Investigation is ongoing.”

BurnaBoy has been in the news after his security escorts were accused of firing shots at two persons while at a nightclub in Lagos on June 8.
It was reported that the singer had made passes at a lady and when he was told that she was with her man, he allegedly continued making passes at her, causing her husband to caution him. A law student is set to face a disciplinary panel after receiving a query for drinking water from a bottle at a law dinner.
According to the query letter sent by authorities of the Lagos campus of the Nigerian Law school, the student violated Rule 6 (29) of the Code of Conduct for Students of the Nigeria law school on dinner etiquette and manners.

Barely 24 hours after the police summoned Portable for questioning over an alleged assault, the singer’s driver has reportedly crushed a commercial motorcyclist to death in Ogun State.
The singer was said to have sent his driver on an errand on Tuesday June 21, when the incident occurred. The victim of the accident which occurred at Iyana Ilogbo along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, reportedly died while he was being rushed to the hospital.
The naming ceremony of the singer’s baby also took place on Tuesday. Police Spokesman in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident but said it was a case of accident.
He said;
“The accident occurred at Ilogbo area in Ogun state where one of Portable’s aides hit a motorcyclist and the man did not survive as he died on his way to the hospital.
“We are not sure if the driver in question was drunk or not”
The police had on Monday June 20, ordered Portable to immediately report himself at the nearest police post or be arrested. This followed a case of an alleged assault on his former Disc Jockey, simply identified as DJ Chicke.
Disgraced American stand-up comedian/actor, Bill Cosby sexually assaulted a teenager at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 1975, a jury has found.
The victim, Judy Huth testified to the civil trial that Cosby, 84, had forced her to perform a sex act on him at the venue when she was 16 years old.
Jurors in Los Angeles County ruled in favor of Judy Huth, who is now 64, awarding her $500,000 in a legal defeat for the once-beloved comedian and star of The Cosby Show.
Jurors found that Cosby intentionally caused harmful sexual contact with Huth, who he reasonably believed was under 18, and that his conduct was driven by unnatural or abnormal sexual interest in a minor.
In court filings and in testimony at the trial, Huth said she and a friend met Cosby at a park, and that the actor later took her and her friend to the Playboy Mansion. She testified that Cosby, who was 37 at the time, assaulted her, forcing her to perform a sex act without her consent, a claim the actor has denied.
Huth, who first filed a lawsuit against Cosby in 2014, initially said the incident took place in 1974 when she was 15, but later concluded she was mistaken about the year and that it happened in 1975.
The decision brings to a close one of the final remaining legal claims against 84-year-old Cosby, who more than 50 women have accused of sexual assaults over nearly five decades.
Less than a year ago, Cosby walked free from prison after his sexual assault conviction was thrown out after more than 50 women came forward with abuse allegations against the man once known as America’s Dad, charges he denies.
The civil case against Cosby in Santa Monica, California, was the first to go to trial and represented one of the last remaining legal actions against him. Filed in 2014, it was delayed for years by Cosby’s criminal proceedings.
Ms. Huth’s suit alleged that he brought her and another underage friend to the infamous mansion, lured her to a bedoom, and forced himself on her. When she resisted, he forced her to perform a sex act on him, she testified.
In tears on the stand, Ms. Huth told the court she felt “mad, duped and foolish” after the incident, as her lawyers presented a photo of her and Cosby inside the mansion.
Cosby was not required to appear in person at the trial and never did, but the court saw a 2015 deposition by Ms Huth’s attorneys, in which the comedian said he did not remember her and would not have pursued sex with a minor.
Lawyers for Cosby sought to poke holes in Ms Huth’s claims, noting she had initially said she was 15 at the time of the incident, but changed that detail weeks before the trial.
They claimed Ms Huth had offered her photo with Cosby to tabloids and others in search of a payout.
Jurors were also shown a videotaped 2016 deposition of late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner – a close friend of Cosby in the 1970s – who said it would have been “very unusual” for underage girls to be allowed inside the mansion.
Known to millions for his portrayal of TV dad Cliff Huxtable on The Cosby Show, the comic has faced accusations of sexual assault, misconduct and rape stretching back to the mid-1960s.
In 2018, he was convicted of drugging and molesting a woman at his home in 2004 and sentenced to three to 10 years in prison.
The conviction, however, was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last year. He was released from prison after serving nearly three years.
Taiwan scrambled jets to warn away 29 Chinese aircraft in its air defence zone, including bombers that flew south of the island and into the Pacific, in the latest uptick in tensions and largest incursion since late May.
Taiwan, which China claims as its own territory despite never being ruled by China in 70 years, has complained in recent years of repeated incursions by the Chinese air force near the democratically governed island, often in the southwestern part of its air defense identification zone, or ADIZ.
Taiwan calls China’s repeated nearby military activities “grey zone” warfare, designed to wear out Taiwanese forces by making them repeatedly scramble, and also to test Taiwanese response to military incursions.
The latest Chinese mission on Tuesday, June 21 included 17 fighters and six H-6 bombers, as well as electronic warfare, early warning, antisubmarine and aerial refueling aircraft, Taiwan’s defense ministry said.
The bombers, accompanied by an electronic warfare and an intelligence gathering aircraft, flew into the Bashi Channel, which separates Taiwan from the Philippines and into the Pacific, before turning back to China on the same route.
Taiwan sent combat aircraft to warn away the Chinese aircraft, while missile systems monitored them, the ministry said.
It was the largest incursion since Taiwan reported 30 Chinese aircraft in its ADIZ on May 30. The largest to date this year occurred on Jan. 23, involving 39 aircraft.
Taiwan Foreign Minister Joseph Wu said on Wednesday the large-scale exercise by the Chinese military showed China’s military threat is “more serious than ever”.
“But there’s no way #Taiwan will cave in & surrender its sovereignty & democracy to the big bully. Not a chance!,” Wu said on Twitter.
China’s military said last month it had conducted an exercise around Taiwan as a “solemn warning” against its “collusion” with the United States.

The Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has revealed that he turned to God in prayers, when he perceived that there was a gang-up against him and his ambition to be president (Vanguard news).
The APC National Leader who made this revelation during his homecoming visit to the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, recently, noted that the battle to secure the APC ticket was hard.
According to Tinubu: “When I was almost fed up, I resorted to prayers. I also poured out my mind when I felt there was a gang-up against my person.” The APC candidate who also alluded to the fact that Lagos indigenes have never had the opportunity to become president, noted that he took up the fight to change the narrative.

A Nigerian televangelist, senior pastor and the founder of Household of God Church International Ministries, Christopher Oghenebrorie Okotie known as Rev. Chris Okotie has asked other aspirants to step down for him, that it his turn to Succeed president Muhammadu Buhari.
Addressing journalists at his Church in Oregun, Ikeja while celebrating his 63rd birthday anniversary, Okotie said he is the right person to correct the wrongs in the country.
Okotie appealed to all presidential candidates to withdraw from the race and allow him to come in as the interim president. He asked Bola Ahmed Tinubu to support his government for the betterment of the country.
