Delta Police PRO reveals another means fraudsters defraud POS operators

Delta Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, has revealed another method fraudsters apply to defraud POS operators.

In a Twitter thread, Edafe wrote;

”For POS operators, what criminals do is that, at the point of entering their pins, they delete the actual amount they want to withdraw and enter a far lesser amount before they enter d pin.

For POS operators that’s not smart, they just take d receipt without double checking.

For example, they claim thay want to withdraw #100,000, the POS operator enters d amount and pass d POS to them for their pin, instead of entering d pin, they go back, delete two zeros thereby reducing the amount to #1,000 print the receipt, collect the money and go. Beware!!!”

University of Nigeria, Nsukka should be renamed after Queen Elizabeth to immortalise her – Adamu Garba

Former Presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, Adamu Garba has said that the University of Nigeria, Nsukka should be renamed after Queen Elizabeth to immortalise her.

After his claim of UNN being the first university was debunked, he attached a rejoinder claiming that UNN was the first university under sovereign Nigeria.

Garba also said those that attended the school should start planning to redo their CVs.

He tweeted;

In order to immortalized Queen Elizabeth, we should rename the University of Nigeria, Nsukka to Queen Elizabeth University of Nigeria since it is the first University in Nigeria.

Immortalizing Queen Elizabeth by renaming the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in her honor would’ve been an easier deal if I were communicating with our grandparents.

Fortunately, they knew her worth. Age is a grace, & 7 decades on the Throne can only be the work of God and Grace. University of Ibadan was there before Nigeria became sovereign.

University of Nigeria, Nsukka is the first University under the sovereign Nigeria.hose of you that went to UNN, Nsukka, get ready to redo your CVs.

Hopefully, your former school will be renamed to Queen Elizabeth University of Nigeria. I congratulate you on this remarkable progress.

In an interview he granted, Alaba said;

”I graduated from the department of Agricultural extension and rural development.

What prompted me to return the certificate is that since I collected it, it has not been useful to me. I have been struggling with life and the only opportunity I have seen is for me to do blood money and I said I cannot do blood money because I want to be useful to Nigeria, my family and myself and God my creator.

I told my father to help me get some money. I am an entertainer. I even won an award during my NYSC days in 2016.

My father said he cannot help me go and borrow money again because he borrowed some money to send me to school and he is yet to pay back and that he is supposed to be reaping the benefits from me now.

The day he said it to me I cried. When I got tired, I just decided to return the certificate to them since it is not useful to me and then they should give me my money.

If I spend my money on my talent, I know I will be properous” he said
