Rapper and songwriter Blaqbonez has revealed that he may retire from music within the next three to five years.
In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Blaqbonez discussed his desire to build a lasting legacy and secure his financial future before stepping away from the music scene.
He also shared his plans to transition into a behind-the-scenes role in the entertainment industry, potentially working as a consultant for a record label.
“I will keep doing my music to the point where I know that I’ve saved up something that would last me for a lifetime; enough legacies. And I project I will be done in the next three to five years,” he said.
On his retirement plan, he said, “I will find another job in the entertainment industry. I would probably work as a consultant to a record label.”
